Another chapter…
The news is out there now, so we can officially confirm that Belgian Cats Ann Wauters and Kim Mestdagh will be joining the squad of Yakın Doğu Üniversitesi, recent champion in Turkish basketball.

“The rumours were there, and now Ann makes an official transfer to the Turkish champion. If this will be her last season one can never say because Ann is still performing her sport on the highest level. Even The Belgian Cats find it hard to replace her. She is simply one in a million. She is adding another chapter to her already impressive career.”
“Kim Mestdagh was ready for something different, and needed a step forward. This team is going to be competing for the championship again, and as I know the ambition of this young woman that is exactly what she needs right now. She will get to play with a bunch of great players and of course she will have the experience of Ann by her side. It is perfect.”
